About Us

Welcome to K Electric Huntsville, Inc.! We are a local family-owned professional electrical contractor with more than 37 years experience. Greg Koger, the son of an electrician, received his Master Electrician certification in 1983 and our company has since become the go-to electrician for many local custom home builders, municipalities and general contractors. In 2019, his son joined the ranks of Master Electricians, receiving his certification.

As a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Home Builders Association, Greg has helped to found the North Alabama Home Building Academy which began its inaugural year in January 2020. This school provides an 8-week bootcamp to men and women interested in joining a skilled trade with an emphasis on residential construction. Also, as a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association, many of our employees have the ability to attend the North Alabama Craft Training Foundation’s electrical program. Through NACTF, our employees will receive the training necessary to take and pass their Electrical Journeyman and Master Electrical exams.
